WordPress Website Support and Maintenance
All of our support, hosting and maintenance packages have a month-to-month contract which gives you the option to cancel at any time. We don’t hold you or your website hostage.
Costs outlined below are on a per website basis. If you have multiple websites, an E-Commerce site or a multisite installation, let us know and we can create a custom package fit to your needs.
Our Standard support package is included with any website packages $1999+ which includes:
- 1 hour WordPress tutorial customized to your needs
- Access to our training and tutorial videos and content
- Email & Phone support is available at our standard hourly rates***
Aside from our included Standard support package we offer additional monthly support to address the most common updating and security needs of our clients.
Level 1
Casual Support
Your website isn't mission critical to your business but updates are important to keep up with.
Level 2
Business Support
Your website is important to your business and you would like to ensure that it is secure and updated.
Level 3
Enterprise Support
Your business will suffer greatly if your website is down and staying updated and secure is paramount.
* WordPress Website Support:
Standard Rates are $85/hour with 3 Business Day Turnaround (Hours can be used for any WordPress, SEO, or web technology related issues)
** WordPress Hosting:
Client will be provided with an FTP user account to the web server if needed.
*** Plugin Support:
Unless otherwise agreed upon plugins must be listed in the WordPress.org repository and be currently maintained by a developer to quality for support and updates.
**** Website Mirroring:
In order to use site mirroring, client must have already existing hosting on another Linux-based hosting service. Design SEO Hosting managed server will be used in case of service interruption or outage on primary host. Mirroring services are not available for clients using Windows or other non-Linux based hosting.
