They wanted a site that would convey their anti-discriminatory stance, as well as provide information for anyone interested in insurance policies. The home page of the side is equipped with a slider showing their most searched and featured information. Each slide links to a page with more information on that particular type of policy, discount or resource page. The entire site was built with SEO in mind and uses simple urls, highly targeted keywords, and SEO formatted content, images, titles, tags and categories.
Visitors to the site are able to easily obtain information regarding the discounts and benefits they are eligible for through Einhorn Insurance as individuals in same-sex domestic partnerships. They are also always only one click away from contacting Insurance4Couples and/or obtaining a quote. The quote forms are custom forms with easily editable fields. Each time an inquiry is submitted Insurance4Couples is sent an email containing the form submission data, and the information is also logged in a database which is easily accessible through the administration portion of the website.
The site contains a resources section which is linked to a blog, which will be fully managed by the client. Through the use of blogging the client will be able to constantly publish fresh, new content to their site, helping their ranking and allowing visitors to the site to obtain more information. The resources section contains posts related to the insurance niche, educating consumers on their insurance choices, informing them of changes/laws and helping them to make the right choices for their lifestyle. Each blog post created will then be sent out automatically to Twitter and Facebook, keeping subscribers engaged with the new content.
