We’re a full service web development and design shop. We do everything from logos/branding to hosting websites.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes, but we’re also ok with working with whatever hosting provider you choose.
If you’re unsure about your hosting needs we’ll be happy to discuss your options with you.
How much do you charge?
That’s an excellent question, and the answer is – it depends. A good place to get an idea of what our websites cost can be found on our WordPress Website Packages page.
We also offer packages and custom quotes for a variety of other services including Search Engine Optimization, Social Profile Building, WordPress Website Maintenance and more.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payment in the form Checks, Money Orders and PayPal (Credit Cards via PayPal) presently.
We offer web invoicing to our customers, which gives them the ability to pay us directly using PayPal via an e-invoice sent to their email.
How much to get started?
We require a deposit of half of the agreed upon amount outlined in the Statement of Work to begin work on your project.
What is a Statement of Work? What does it include?
A Statement of Work is a document we create outlining your expectations and the deliverables we will produce. The Statement of Work is a great way for us to make sure both parties know what is expected and the timeline over which the project will be completed.
The Statement of Work must be signed by both parties prior to commencing work on your project.
How long will my project take?
Those details will be outlined in your Statement of Work.
In general, a typical website project built based on the specifications of our package offerings will take 10-30 days from start to completion. If you have a deadline for project completion please let us know as early as possible so we may do our best to accommodate your needs.
Will I be able to make updates and changes to the website myself in the future?
That’s entirely up to you. One of the great things about WordPress is that it is extremely user friendly. We offer WordPress tutoring services, and can teach you to manage your site on your own once we have built it. On the other hand, if you don’t want to do the updates yourself, that’s ok too – we offer reasonable hourly rates for changes and updates to client websites.
