Stage 1: SEO Keyword and Competition Analysis
What is included:
Knowing what internet search engine users are searching for is a key element to any online marketing strategy. [Stage 1] is the research stage where we “dig up” the data, organize and explain our findings within your niche. We start our research with seed keywords for which you wish to rank in the long term. The result of our in-depth analysis is a detailed report which not only shows the best search engine queries to target related to your business niche, but exposes the easiest ways to rank quickly with the least amount of effort. Along with exposing the most valuable and lowest competition keywords, we also analyze and report on the current websites that are ranking for each of your top niche keywords.
Why this is important:
Integrating targeted keywords and search queries into website content will allow a website to target and capture the existing search engine traffic on a continual basis. Keyword and competition analysis data is presented in a report document, as well as a keyword rich spreadsheet document. Both documents can easily be leveraged for future content creation and marketing strategy. It should be noted that this data can also be utilized in Pay Per Click (AdWords) as well as other forms of competitive/paid online and offline marketing.
Stage 2: SEM Search Engine Marketing Strategy
What is included:
The report data uncovered in [Stage 1] will reveal what keywords the current search engine users are using to search for products/services in your business niche, and the resulting reports from [Stage 1] can be used to create a keyword ranking strategy. Our SEM strategy package [Stage 2] builds on the data collected in [Stage 1] and includes suggestions for URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, category structure, tags and overall site organization. Also included in [Stage 2] are ideas for future content that will effectively target the “long tail” keyword searches performed by a majority of all search engine users.
Why this is important:
Our SEM strategy packages include the necessary information for building the backlinks to your content which are also key to ranking high for the keywords that may already have existing competition. Our SEM Strategy is presented in an organized map, laying our each of the elements that should be implemented to rank for the desired niche keywords. This stage will create a solid, search engine optimized content framework for your site, while also ensuring you are ready for future search engine efforts.
Stage 3: SEM Strategy Implementation
What is included:
Using the data uncovered in [Stage 1] and the strategy developed in [Stage 2], the ordinary website is transformed into a passive search engine marketing powerhouse that can be used to target and capture traffic on an ongoing basis. In [Stage 3] we take all the research gathered and implement the search engine optimized content framework for your site, properly setting up the site for you.
Why this is important:
Until the data gained in [Stage 1] and [Stage 2] are implemented properly, they will not do you any good. If you are tech/WordPress savvy then this might be something you are comfortable implementing yourself, which is why we’ve offered it as an additional package option. Less tech savvy or prefer to spend time focusing on your business? No problem. In this final stage we will import all of the collected keyword data and place it within the proper parts of your website including posts, pages, categories, tags, titles, permalinks, meta descriptions and hierarchical structure for the site.
